Over the past 150 years, healthcare has become increasingly centralized - but we have hit a critical inflection point. Our overburdened systems can no longer handle the constant influx of patients while continuing to provide high quality, patient-focused care. The time is now to leverage telehealth and embark on the re-decentralization of healthcare.
What we do
Emergency Telehealth Ventures evaluates the current telehealth landscape and anticipates opportunities to grow its offerings. This includes creating training to empower more providers in telehealth, improving systems and the delivery of care to more decentralized patients, and using telehealth as a tool to solve some of healthcare's biggest challenges.

ETV LLC was created by Dr. Tony Fabiano. His training in emergency medicine at the University of Cincinnati is ranked as a top 3 program in the country and he has studied under leaders in the telehealth field at Thomas Jefferson University.Dr. Fabiano has an entrepreneurial spirit and is passionate about the positive change telehealth can have on the future of healthcare.He believes in leadership and patient advocacy though entrepreneurship and plans to leverage telehealth to drive innovations in patient care over the coming decades.Connect to collaborate, learn more about our services, and stay in the loop as we grow our vision for the future of telehealth.
